Getting a sharp image under 200 KB
200 KB is enough for a sharp 1600 px photo in WebP or JPEG. If the result still misses the target, drop the max size to 1200 px.
If the result shows it is still over the target, try WebP output, or reduce the max size one step. Metadata is stripped automatically, which also saves a few kilobytes.
